The ORC is seeking the services of a potential supplier to provide a 2010 Ontario Sires Stakes (OSS) Program awareness campaign to promote the OSS races to media and the general public

Potential suppliers are encouraged to respond to the attached Request for Proposal with their ideas on how best to stimulate interest in the Ontario Sires Stakes from the media community and new fans.

Within a fixed budget, any proposal should include all costs for any suite of programs or initiatives contemplated by the supplier.

Individuals or companies interested in providing this service should have an in-depth knowledge of the Ontario horse racing and breeding industry, with superior knowledge of the Ontario Sires Stakes Program. As well a superior skill set in generating media attention and driving new customers to the races is necessary.

The deadline for submissions to be received by the ORC is April 21, 2010.
