Trot Insider has learned that horseman Howard 'Grant' Farrow of Bowmanville, Ont. passed away suddenly at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Friday, March 19

. He was in his 72nd year.

Grant is the beloved husband of Marlene Brethour, loving father of Cheryl-Ann, and dear brother of Eileen Knox, Lorraine Lapham and the late Ross Farrow and Audrey Rowe.

Friends may pay their respects at the Morris Funeral Chapel, 4 Division St., Bowmanville on Monday, March 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

A funeral service will be taking place in the Morris Chapel on Tuesday, March 23 at 3:30 p.m. Spring interment at Orono Cemetery.
