Grand River Raceway announced today the departure of management team member Cathy Scowcroft. In her role as Manager of IT, Teletheatre & Intertrack Operations, Scowcroft was instrumental in all facets of simulcast operations since joining the company

in October of 2003.

“Cathy came to this organization during the period of transition from Elmira Raceway to Grand River Raceway. She developed many new processes and contributed a great deal to the evolution that has taken place,” said Clarke.

“She also facilitated the administration of wagering opportunities at Hanover and Clinton in their intertrack operations, extending our support to their efforts. In an era where the regulatory requirements are demanding and detail-oriented, she excelled in meeting the standards of the CPMA.”

In her new role, Scowcroft joins TelePhoto Technologies as Director Of Production Sales & Marketing.

“We are grateful for Cathy’s contributions to Grand River Raceway and wish her every success in her new career,” said Clarke.
