Dover Downs is offering free harness racing programs for its live racing cards.

This service is sponsored by the Delaware Standardbred Owners' Association.

Programs can be downloaded by logging onto the Dover Downs website and clicking on the Horsemen category/free programs.

Free programs will be available the months of November and December.

Dover Downs’ opening day is Monday, Nov. 1.

Dover Downs races Monday through Thursday with first-race post time at 4:30 p.m.
