The 2021 Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association of New Jersey (SBOANJ) elections will take place on November 18.

Anyone interested in running for director must send a letter of intent to the SBOANJ office via certified mail, or in person, no later than October 4.

To qualify as a director, you must have been an active member for the past two years in the designated category in which you wish to run. There are two positions available in the driver/trainer category, two positions in the breeder category, and one position in the owner category.

Running for re-election are Chris Ryder and Linda Toscano in the driver/trainer category, Mike Gulotta and Richard Meirs VDM in the breeder category, and Thomas Pontone in the owner category.
