Ms Moyse Cruises In Charlottetown

With a trip of two-hole perfection, Ms Moyse angled out in the stretch and paced to a lifetime best performance in the Thursday evening feature at Red Shores Racetrack and Casino at the Charlottetown Driving Park.

Adam Merner was in the bike of the Melissa Rennie-trained Ms Moyse as the daughter of Rollwithitharry sat second behind pacesetter Miss Kabana (Driven by Brodie MacPhee) through splits of :28.3, :56.4 and 1:26.3. Miss Kabana was second with Thebossisagirl (Gilles Barrieau) third.

Cheeky Little Minx supplied half of a Barrieau training and driving double in the $2,700 Open trot as the reinsman continues his firm grip on the Charlottetown driving standings. Barrieau and Cheeky Little Minx went to the lead and put their nose on top of every station en route to a 1:57.3 victory over Freddie (Marc Campbell) and Glider Man (Kenny Arsenault).

Barrieau also won with Fern Hill Fancy in a maiden breaking score of 2:00 from his own barn.
