Moore Racing
When it comes to racing, 22-year-old Kyle Moore can’t get enough
.
"I've been around some type of racing ever since I was little," said Moore, who first raced go-carts and then a dirt-track modified race car as a child before moving on to harness racing. "This is what I've always wanted to do.”
After graduating from highschool, Moore began learning the ins and outs of harness racing at his grandmother’s 10 to 12 horse stable located in Sussex County, Delaware. Just last year, he began to take on more responsibilities training the five-year-old claiming mare, Knock Out Pretty, who gave Moore his first win at Harrington Raceway at the end of August.
"I like the behind-the-scene stuff," said Moore in an article on delawareonline.com. "You never know how each horse is going to act day to day and it makes you feel like you've accomplished something when they win."
