After sustaining its second and third 'nor'easter' winter storm of the season, live racing at Dover Downs will resume Saturday, February 13

The Dover Downs race office will open Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. to conduct a double draw for Monday, February 15 and Tuesday, February 16 entries.
