Allamerican Shaker won the $16,500 4&5-Year-Old pace at Dover Downs to close out the first month of 2010 racing on Sunday, January 31

. Infinite Desire and JK Cameo took the two $14,000 paces for young females. Ross Wolfenden and Corey Callahan recorded three wins each.

Ross Wolfenden sent Pat Lachance's Allamerican Shaker, an altered son of The Panderosa-Lady Cams Card Shark, into the lead after the half and then put away seven rivals for a 1:53.3 victory in the pace for younger horses. It was Wofenden's third winner of the night. Chester Fitch (Vic Kirby) closed along the inside to finish second. Russs Ztam (George Dennis) was the show horse.

JK Cameo rolled past Supply Chain on the far turn on the way to a 1:56.1 score in the Sid Cohen Memorial $14,000 4&5-Year-Old pace. Vince Copeland drove the daughter of Art Major-Angel Be Great to her third win of the meet for Joe Clark, S.R. Andrews and Cantwell Bridge Stable. Supply Chain (Ben Stafford Jr.) held on for second with Outahere Hanover (Brad Hanners) third. After the race, relatives and friends of longtime racing fan Sid Cohen made a winner's circle presentation honouring the Annapolis, Md. fan who passed away recently at age 82.

In the second $14,000 4&5-Year-Old Mares pace, Sean Bier drove Infinite Desire to her second win in her last three starts ringing up a 1:56.3 victory. The Jennas Beach Boy-High Roller Ash four-year-old is owned by Jeff and Paul Long. Sweet Sobrina (Jon Roberts), the race favourite, was runner-up. All Memory (Mark Mayes) won the photo for third.

Capote led for most of the mile with Ross Wolfenden in the bike to notch the fastest win of the program in 1:52.4 winning a $13,000 Male pace. Ken Wood, Brian Gordon and Toby Rekoon own the Space Shuffle-Dynamite gelding. Cappuccino Blaze (Brad Hanners) and Hicktown (Vince Copeland) were second and third respectively.

In addition to Ross Wolfenden and Corey Callahan triples, driver Tony Morgan, trainer Dale Elliott and KDK Standardbreds made the winner's circle twice.
