Live racing at Dover Downs has been canceled for Saturday, January 30, due to snow and road conditions

. The weather forecast is for cold, wind and winter conditions with snowfall of around three inches.

Dover Downs is a ship-in racetrack with horsemen having to travel varied distances of up to around 100 miles to reach Dover.

The Dover Downs Casino and Entertainment Center remains open.

Saturday and Sunday, racing begins at 5 p.m. There is no live racing on Fridays. Monday through Thursday post time is 4:30 p.m.
