Clinton Legends Day Postponed
Clinton Raceway’s biennial fundraising event, Legends Day, has been postponed due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Legends Day historically has welcomed thousands of fans to see harness racing legends battle on the Huron County oval and raise tens of thousands of dollars for the Clinton Public Hospital Foundation. With the increasing likeliness that racing at Clinton Raceway will be conducted with limited personnel, it is unrealistic to hold this on-track based event this year. Legends Day will return to Clinton Raceway when it is safe to do so.
Clinton Raceway’s live racing harness season is slated to begin on May 23 with a 1:30 p.m. post time. The 2021 racing season is highlighted by the 2021 $50,000 Kin Pace, Annual Driver’s Challenge, and multiple Ontario Sires Stakes Grassroots events.
