The Board of Directors of Standardbred Canada (SC), at its meeting of November 19, 2009, reviewed the 2010 Operating Budget. As a result of that process

, the Board approved the rates (GST inclusive) for transfers of ownership as follows:

Within 3 months of sale - $40
3 months to 6 months - $60
6 months to 1 year - $100
Over 1 year - $150
