Trot Insider has learned that several additional conditions have been added for Sunday's (Feb. 21) program at Flamboro Downs.

Horsepeople wishing to enter horses for the Sunday Flamboro card can do so by calling the Clinton race office by 9 a.m. Thursday morning (Feb. 18).
