The Ontario Harness Horse Association (OHHA) and Winrac Development Inc. have reached three-year agreements for both Woodstock and Dresden Raceways

“I wish to thank Brian Tropea and District 10 directors Bill Bannon, Ken Hardy and Peter Core, as well as District 11 directors Donnie Rankin and Mark Williams, for their time, efforts and input that made these deals possible,” stated Darryl MacArthur, President of the Ontario Harness Horse Association. “I would also like to thank Pat Soulliere and Chris Kruba for their efforts on behalf of Winrac Inc. in reaching these agreements.”
