Monticello Raceway’s 2010 racing season commences on Monday, January 4 and will continue on a four-day-a-week basis throughout the month with live harness action on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays

. All race cards will be in the afternoon with post times at 12:25 p.m.

On Monday, January 18, the Raceway will present its 10th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Pace, which showcases the talents of African-American drivers.

Racing will continue all season long with post times may varying during certain times of the year. In all, The Mighty M will offer 210 racing dates during the 2010 campaign.

Simulcast wagering on thoroughbreds—as well as some other harness tracks—will be available during the afternoons while the evenings will largely be devoted to harness simulcasts.

And of course, there’s also year-round gaming at the Monticello Casino and Raceway.
