According to a report, owners which lost horses in the December 5 barn fire at Lebanon Raceway may be readying to launch a lawsuit over the incident

A report by cincinnati.com has cited well known class-action lawsuit attorney Stan Chesley as saying he is representing a group of horse owners whose animals perished in the fire.

The article states Chesly hopes to recover damages for a group of 10 or 11 owners representing some 30 horses.
