Call Her 'Coleman' Claus
In the face of the continuing global economic crisis, people are glad to still have their jobs, let alone any type of raise or bonus. Although, even though times are tough right now, O'Brien Award winning trainer Casie Coleman has continued to find a way to give back to her crew
.
A few years back, Coleman acquired a racehorse for her staff, with her crew splitting the earnings the charge raced to on-track. The conditioner has continued the process this year, as an article on kelowna.com explains.
The 'company horse' for 2009 is the five-year-old Camotion gelding Wildmotion, who since being claimed in late February of this year has been solid for Coleman's crew.
"Wildmotion has won over $90,000 and it looks as if my crew is going to have a pretty good Christmas bonus this year," Coleman was quoted as saying.
Wildmotion most recently raced on Monday, December 14 at Yonkers Raceway, where he came from off the pace to get up for a nose win and pocket $9,000 for his efforts.

Excellent excellent idea,
Excellent excellent idea, too bad 99% of "business" in our society treat employees as an "enemy" that is needed but just an expense!!
