Don and David Wiest's Rhett ($3.20, Tony Morgan) was the fastest winner among the four $20,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund (DSBF) divisions for two-year-old trotters contested Wednesday (Sept. 23) at Harrington Raceway.

Rhett — who finished second — was elevated to a 2:01.3 victory as first-place finisher Big Al M was demoted for a pylon violation. Big Al M was the leader throughout while Rhett sat in the pocket. Someofmygoodtime finished third. Rhett, a son of Keystone Activator, notched his first career win for trainer Don Wiest.

The first filly division went to Jazzy Judy ($3.40, Victor Kirby) in a battle of attrition that saw only two of the six horses stay on gait. Jazzy Judy mowed down leader Reality late for a 2:06.2 win. Amy Wil was third. It was the first career start for the daughter of Political Briefing, owned by Thestable Jazzy Judy Group and trained by Jim King Jr.

The second male division saw Jim Morand and Nanticoke Racing's Roll Juan ($14.60, Morand) hold off a hard-charging Blue Devil for a 2:03.2 win. Bluestone Jackson was third. The previously unbeaten Malachis Test broke stride near the quarter-mile mark.

The victorious Rolls Blue Chip colt prevailed in his second career start for trainer Les Givens.

Ed Kimmel, Don Wiest and David Wiest Stables' Azurine ($3.40, Morgan) was a wire-to-wire winner in the final division for fillies, scoring in 2:06.1 over Designers Edge and Annalee third. The Anders Bluestone filly was making her second career start for trainer Don Wiest.

Round two of DSBF action kicks off next Monday (Sept. 28) for male pacers, with pacing fillies following on Tuesday (Sept. 29) and trotters on Wednesday (Sept. 30).
