The Ontario Racing Commission issued a notice to the industry regarding the Quarter Horse Program

Advisory Group.

The Ontario Quarter Horse Racing Industry Development Program is inviting applications from individuals interested in serving on the Quarter Horse Racing Industry Advisory Group.

The deadline for applications in the following categories is December 31, 2009.

• Thoroughbred Representative (1)
• Standardbred Representative (1)
• Ontario representative of the AQHA (1)

The advisory group was formally established in 2008 and provides ongoing input and recommendations to the ORC (the program administrator) on the continued development of the program.
