Four $20,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund divisions for three-year-old trotters took centre stage on the Wednesday (June 24) program at Harrington Raceway.

Breakaway Racing's Touch Of White ($2.60, Corey Callahan) scored an impressive 6-length win in the first division for colts and geldings with a 2:00 victory. The Keystone Activator gelding brushed aggressively to the front near the top of the stretch and overpowered his rivals for an easy win. Chauffeur was second with All Lies third. It was the third career win for the Nick Callahan trainee.

The first filly division featured an unexpected result after heavy favourite Orabelle was off stride behind the gate and out of contention. Orabelle's miscue opened the door for Linda MacDonald's Stella A ($24.40, Ross Wolfenden), who mowed down rivals from off the pace for her third career win, a 2:03.2 mile over Green Queen and Katies Blu Diamond. Joe MacDonald trains the Anders Bluestone filly.

Ben Brooks' Master Of Mine ($12, Victor Kirby) was a 1:59.1 winner in the second division for colts and geldings. The John Wilkerson-trained Master Lavec gelding set all the fractions in an easy win — the first of his career — over Rocky Bomber and Zulu.

The final filly division went to Emmys Mayflower ($2.40, Russell Foster), who overcame post 8 for a 2-length win over Dabigspooky Bootah and Happy To Do It in 1:59.4 for owner-trainer Eric Foster. The Anders Bluestone led most of the way in recording her fifth career win.

Next week will feature the second leg of DSBF action from June 29 to July 1, and the $100,000 finals are scheduled for July 6-8.
