Standardbred industry participants are reminded that RRSP contributions are due in the OHHA office Tuesday

, December 1.

As a reminder, membership in either OHHA or Standardbred Canada is no longer required for enrollment or continued participation in the plan. In order to qualify for the SRA matchup of a $500 contribution to their retirement accounts by OHHA, owners, trainers, and drivers must have 24 starts in 2008. Breeders must be the owner of a mare producing offspring, or be the breeder of horses, with 24 starts in 2008. Assistant trainers and grooms must provide a T4, or letter from their employer stating employment in 2008.

To ensure OHHA receives them, please mail or deliver contributions directly to the OHHA office - do not leave them at race offices or with the tracks’ field reps.
