Ideal Lifestyle A turned in a lifetime mark performance in the $27,500 Mares Open Handicap Pace on Wednesday night (March 11) at Dover Downs.

Moments of Joy and Valuable Art left alertly and raced one-two to a :27 opening quarter before Tim Tetrick pulled Ideal Lifestyle A out from third to take charge. Ideal Lifestyle A controlled a :55.3 half before being pressured by 7-5 favourite Dibaba N to three-quarters in 1:23.1.

Ideal Lifestyle A accelerated in deep stretch to win by a convincing 1-1/2 lengths in 1:50.3, winning at 5-1. Dibaba N finished second, while Valuable Art finished third.

Ideal Lifestyle A, an eight-year-old daughter of Western Ideal, is trained by Jim King Jr. and owned by Jeffrey Fought, Brian Carsey and Casey Myers.
