Harness Racing PEI is getting ready to launch its fall/winter meet following the Thursday, November 5 program at Red Shores Racetrack & Casino at the Charlottetown

Driving Park.

First-race post time is 7:00 p.m. Click here to view the harness racing entires.

Players and fans can then expect racing on Saturdays at 1:00 p.m at the CDP until January 30, 2010.

Red Shores at Summerside Raceway will host live programs Sunday afternoons at 1:00 p.m. with its final card scheduled for Sunday, November 29. The property is also now hosting a daily Texas Hold’em Poker tournament. Players have a chance to win a Carnival Cruise package valued at $6,000 and a seat in the on-board Carnival PokerPro Challenge Semi-Final event.

Both racetrack locations are featuring the Mystery Key Car Giveaway contest and a Pick 6 with a Jackpot worth $500. The Jackpot will go to a red-hot $1,000 before the end of the season.
