Bar Hopping’s 2020 Book Full, Closed
Officials with Hanover Shoe Farms have announced that the 2020 book for Bar Hopping (3,1:51.4 [$1,385,293]) is now full and closed.
A son of Muscle Hill, Bar Hopping is standing his fourth season at Hanover Shoe Farms in Pennsylvania.
Bar Hopping
Bar Hopping’s first crop of foals sold as yearlings in 2019 and averaged an incredible seven times his stud fee, with individual prices as high as $350,000, $185,000 and $175,000.
“Bar Hopping is a beautiful horse. He’s tall and long and very modern looking. In my opinion, he’s one of the very best-looking trotting stallions at stud today. He has a flawless gait, a superior pedigree and won several of the classics. His 2019 yearlings looked and acted special and sold accordingly," said Hanover Shoe Farms Executive President Dr. Bridgette Jablonsky.
“We are very excited to see his first crop race in 2020 and want to thank the breeders that have supported Bar Hopping in his first four years at stud.”
