Jackpot Hi-5 Mandatory Payout Saturday

Woodbine Entertainment has announced a mandatory payout on the Standardbred Jackpot Hi-5 for this Saturday (Dec. 21) at Woodbine Mohawk Park.

Jackpot Hi-5 wagering has been suspended for the remainder of the week until Saturday’s mandatory payout. The carryover heading into the mandatory payout will be $180,992.59.

The most recent Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout at Woodbine Mohawk Park shattered records on March 30, 2019. A record $2.8 million in new money was wagered on the Jackpot Hi-5, with a 20-cent winning ticket returning $2,458.36.

This will mark for the fourth consecutive year that Woodbine will offer a mandatory payout on the Jackpot Hi-5 just prior to Christmas. Last year’s pre-Christmas mandatory payout had two returns, as a dead-heat for fourth left two winning combinations, which returned $6,750.61 and $8,116.66 for a 20-cent ticket.

The draw for Saturday’s card of racing will take place on Wednesday. The Jackpot Hi-5 mandatory payout race will be the final race on the card.

The card will see its first race head to post at 7:10 p.m.

Free program pages will be available at www.woodbinemohawkpark.com.
