The Alberta Standardbred Horse Association has stated that in order to build toward a track surface conducive to racing at The Track on 2, they are asking for horsepeople’s co-operation in abiding by the track hours.

The track is open from early morning to 2 p.m. on regular, non-race days.

ASHA has stated, “We observe a track closure on a 5:10 p.m. post time from 2:00 to 3:10 p.m.” The statement adds that on a race day where post is 1:10 p.m., the track will not be closed.

ASHA is grateful to everyone for maintaining the outlined hours.
