The Meadows has announced it will shift post time to 4:05 p.m. for its live racing cards beginning the week of Monday, November 2

. Pending Pennsylvania Harness Racing Commission approval, it will also add Fridays to its live racing schedule.

With the changes, The Meadows will offer live racing each Monday through Friday for the balance of 2009 with the exception of Thanksgiving week and the period from December 24 through the end of the year when the track will be dark to allow horsemen to enjoy the major holidays with their families.

The changes do not affect the simulcast schedule at the track or its satellite facilities.
