Bold Eagle has already conquered much of Europe, and reports are surfacing that Canada is on the horizon for the champion trotter.

Officials with the Hambletonian Society, which administers the Breeders Crown, have confirmed with Trot Insider that trainer Sébastian Guarato has mapped out the 2019 Breeders Crown, to be held in October at Woodbine Mohawk Park, as a potential target for the eight-year-old son of Ready Cash.

As initially reported Bold Eagle's website (originally in French) in June and since confirmed last week by French harness racing journalist Claude Piersanti, Guarato has indicated that Bold Eagle will race in Canada following the French Group 1 Prix d'Été, to be held at Vincennes in September.

The 45-time winner, who most recently captured his 20th Group 1 win in last week's 2,300-metre Grand Prix of Wallonie in Belgium, has won two installments of the Prix d'Amerique and has amassed over €4.6 million ($6.8 million Canadian) through his career.
