Officials with Pompano Park have announced that purses at the Florida track are on the rise, yet again.

On the heels of a recent purse hike, Pompano has announced yet another purse increase, effective Sunday, April 7.

The increase of 10 per cent will be in effect for all classes.

Pompano Park will race Sunday through Wednesday through April 10 with a three night per week schedule kicking in beginning April 14.

Pompano’s season will conclude on Saturday, May 4.
