Prix D’Amerique Set For Sunday

An 18-horse field has been assembled for the €900,000 Prix d’Amerique, which will be contested this coming Sunday (Jan. 27) at the Vincennes Racetrack in Paris, France.

The Prix d’Amerique will be contested at a distance of one-and-eleven-sixteenths-miles (2,700 metres). A total of six different countries will be represented in tape-start event.

Sweden’s Readly Express, who claimed victory in the event last year, will be looking for a repeat and will face off against the great Bold Eagle and Propulsion, amongst other upper echelon trotters.

France will be represented by no less than 11 starters.
