Terry Lee Kibler Passes

Standardbred horse owner and racetrack superintendent Terry Lee Kibler, 60, of Woodstock, Virginia, passed away at home on Monday, November 26.

Kibler was the speed superintendent at the Shenandoah County Fair where he helped to run various aspects of the harness racing program.

Kibler was also an avid lover and owner of Standardbred racehorses racing primarily in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

According to the Virginia Harness Horsemen’s Association, arrangements for Kibler will consist of a visitation at Valley Funeral Service in Edinburg, Va., on Friday (Nov. 30) from 6-8 p.m. and a graveside service will be held on Saturday (Dec. 1) at 2 p.m. at Masanutten Cemetery.
