Ontario Extreme Cowboy Club and Ron and Lizanne Waples would like to congratulate Tracy Coomber and her 16-year-old trotting-bred gelding Hugo for winning the 2018 OXC High Point Standardbred award for the second consecutive year.

Tracy's total year-end race winnings will be generously matched by the Waples Stable and she will receive her award at the OXC AGM on Dec. 2.
