Horsepeople who intend to race at the Erie County Fair in Wattsburg (Pa.) this Tuesday and Wednesday (Aug. 28 and 29) are reminded that time each day is 11:00 a.m.

Declarations for both days of racing on Wattsburg are due on Monday at 10 a.m., in accordance with the normal Pennsylvania fair circuit rules.
