Due to overwhelming interest in short distance events, the organizers of Xtreme Horsepower have added a three-eighths mile sprint, dubbed The Xtreme Rush

All other Xtreme Horsepower classes have now filled and are closed. Entries for the Xtreme Rush will be accepted until noon tomorrow, Wednesday, August 26. Boasting a purse of $15,000, the Xtreme Rush is open to pacing speedsters and will be limited to a nine-horse field.

To make entries until 6:00 pm this evening, horsemen should contact the Georgian Downs Race Office at (905) 627 0535. Entries will also be taken tomorrow morning from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at (705) 726-2558.
