The National Capital Region Harness Horse Association has determined where it will be holding its Wednesday, August 26 meeting in which it will only be discussing the issue of 'fair racing' at the Quinte Exhibition and Raceway

.

The fair racing will be taking place Sunday, September 6.

Included in the meeting will be a vote for a contract between QER and NCRHHA for the fair races.

The meeting will be taking place at Hillcrest Community Centre, located at 71 Centre Street in Belleville, Ont.

Membership will be verified at the door.
