Police Investigating Dresden Shooting
It has been reported that local police responded to a shooting at Dresden Raceway last night (Saturday, May 5).
According to an article by the Wallaceburg Courier Press, police arrived at the raceway after reports of possible gunfire in the area.
Along with EMS, police arrived at the raceway at roughly 11 p.m. and found a 58-year-old man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The area was evacuated and secured by police, according to the report. The man in question was taken to the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance before he was transferred to the London Health Sciences Center.
