The National Capital Region Harness Horse Association is advising its members of an upcoming meeting to be held on August 26, 2009 for Belleville-area horsemen

The only item on the agenda to be discussed is 'Fair racing' at the Quinte Exhibition and Raceway on September 6, 2009, Labour Day weekend. Included in this will be a vote for a contract between QER and NCRHHA for Fair races.

The location of the meeting is still to be determined.

Membership will be verified at the door.
