On Friday, March 2, the Meadowlands Racetrack will be hosting a Mexican Fiesta.

The Fiesta buffet is $29.95 and features a make-your-own-taco bar with steak, chicken and shrimp and all the classic fixings, including fresh pico de gallo.

Guests can enjoy quesadillas, chili con queso and a delicious tortilla soup. The buffet also includes homemade flan and tres leche cake.

Reservations can be made by calling 201-THE-BIGM. Live harness racing kicks off at 6:35 pm.
