Speedy stakes winner Lyonssomewhere will be standing stud in Ontario for the 2018 breeding season.

Lyonssomewhere is a past winner of the $437,325 Cane Pace, and an elimination of the North America Cup. He finished second in the $250,000 Graduate at age four.

Lyonssomewhere is a multiple stakes-winning son of the great Somebeachsomewhere, and out of the Western Hanover mare Miss Kitty Hanover p, 1:51.1s ($461,684) who won the PASS championship as a three-year-old. Lyonssomewhere is one of only two Somebeachsomewhere sons standing in Ontario and the other son’s book is full and closed.

The seven-year-old stallion was test bred to a few mares in 2017. He has two lovely fillies already on the ground.

“They are strong and smart fillies,” says Jeff Lilley from Mac Lilley Farms. “They were up and sucking when they were less than an hour old. That says so much about the strength of the breeding.”

Lyonssomewhere will be standing for the 2018 breeding season at Mac Lilley Farms for a service fee of $2,000.
