The Ontario Harness Horse Association has issued a very important notice regarding grooms on life/health/dental benefits under OHHA’s Caretakers’ Premium Assistance program

The release states that grooms taking part in the program must return their annual eligibility check forms by August 14. Failure to return the form will result in termination of benefits.

If you are on the Caretakers’ Premium Assistance program and did not receive an eligibility check form, contact Kathie Wilkinson, at the OHHA office immediately at 1-866-774-6442 or 905-854-6442 (Ext. 224) or [email protected].
