The 2017 O’Brien Awards are just around the corner, and we can’t wait to see who will be unveiled as this year’s champions! To celebrate, the I Love Canadian Harness Racing Fan Club has the annual online contest for you to handicap Canadian harness racing’s biggest night!

When making your selections, think about the horses and people in each division and how they have performed and made an outstanding contribution to Canadian harness racing over the past season.

Each question is worth a pre-determined number of points. The entrant that earns the highest number of points out of a possible 20 will be declared the winner.
The winner will receive a $50 Fan Club prize package and a $50 gift certificate to the racetrack of their choice OR a $50 donation to a registered Standardbred charity of their choice.

The O’Brien Award winners will be announced at the annual Black Tie Gala on Saturday, February, 3 at the Hilton Mississauga / Meadowvale Hotel in Mississauga, Ont.

The contest will close February, 3 at 6:30 p.m. (EST).
