Atlantic Sires Stakes Races Redrawn

Trot Insider has been informed that the Atlantic Sires Stakes two-year-old pacing colt ('A' division) races scheduled for this Wednesday (August 16) at Red Shores’ Charlottetown Driving Park have been redrawn.

Officials from the Atlantic Provinces Harness Racing Commission have told Trot Insider that the races were redrawn as the result of a PEI Supreme Court Order.

The Order has granted a stay of penalties to trainer Michael McGuigan levied under APHRC rules, section 6.8.3 Equine Medication Control.

Trot Insider will update this story with additional information when it is made available.
