YS Lotus blasted to the lead and progressed to a 1:51.1 win in the $12,500 Winners Over Pace at Saratoga Harness on Saturday, August 5 as the 3-5 favourite.

Posting a first quarter of :26.4 while racing parked out for the majority of it, YS Louts eventually cleared and put up a half in :54.4 and three-quarters in 1:22.1 before drawing away at the top of the stretch. Panocchio rallied for second, and He's A Lock closed for third.

Owned by Yves Sarrazin, trained by Rene Allard, and driven by Billy Dobson, he paid $3.40.
