It has been reported that horseman Fabrice Souloy has been handed a 15-year driving and training suspension and a $60,000 fine.

According to a report (original, English) by Equidia Live, the Norwegian Trotting Association ruling is in regard to cobalt positives that were produced by four of Souloy’s Standardbreds last summer in Oslo.

Souloy was also handed a one-year suspension this past December in France for a cobalt violation.
