Hot Cross Disciplinary Comp. At Clinton

On Saturday, August 22, Clinton Raceway will host the Can-Am Wind Rider Equestrian Challenge at

the state of the art Regional Agricultural and Equine Centre of Huron (REACH). The top three riders in the competition will then compete on the track following the Legends Day events on Sunday, August 23.

All breeds and disciplines are invited to compete on a timed course with a variety of challenges, including trail obstacles, ring jousting, gymkhana and elements of reining, hunter/jumper and dressage, all offered in an educational clinic format. Everyone not only learns but has fun, too!

Can-Am Wind Rider Equestrian Challenge will be presented by Bob Jeffreys and Suzanne Sheppard and is a fun-filled opportunity for riders 14 and older from all disciplines to compete for prizes, money and a place at the 2010 Can-Am All Breeds Equine Emporium Wind Rider Equestrian Challenge Finals.

If you have a retired standardbred it is your time to show off how versatile he/she is. If you have a standardbred up to the challenge let us know. Book before August 1 and receive $150 off the registration fee.
