Ted was a very well known, and well respected horseman in the Dresden area. He was always willing to help when anyone was in need and when asked, always gave sound advice. He will be sadly missed. My condolences to Karen and to the rest of the family.

I had the priviledge of knowing this man and his family for over 45 years. It was truley a pleasure to be able to call him my very best friend through all the years. We were able to have a visit with him during his last few days. I will miss calling and talking to him to have our visits. Anyone who has known Ted will deeply miss him as a friend and as a gentleman. Our condolences to Karen, Larry and Dana and their families, as it is a very sad loss to all who had known him. Rest in Peace my Friend.

I was saddened to read of Ted's passing .He was a member of one the sport's longest serving families ,well known by many .Jiggs McFadden was a legendary figure throughout Southwestern Ontario in the earlier years ;he often swept nearly an entire card of racing and was always in demand as a catch driver . From time to time I have been in contact with Ted in recent times ,either to ask a question or borrow an old picture . He was always gracious and willing to help .I wish to extend my condolences to Ted's wife Karen and his entire extended family at this difficult time .
