According to a report by Business First, Kentucky state veterinarian Robert C. Stout has barred horses from Indiana's Hoosier Park from multiple horse racing-related areas within the state
.
The move comes under the jurisdiction of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and is due to two confirmed cases of strangles at Hoosier Park.
