The Ohio Breeders Championship for two-year-old filly pacers headlines the 17-race card on the opening day of Grand Circuit Week at the Delaware County Fairgrounds.

Looksgoodinaromper will become an Ohio Triple Crown winner if the Pet Rock filly can beat the field of five in the first $60,500 division.

Looksgoodinaromper is coming off a 1:52.4 win in the $300,000 Ohio Sire Stake final on September 1 at MGM Northfield Park. She has earned $241,300 in just six career starts for owners Burke Racing Stable and Weaver Bruscemi. Chris Page will get the driving assignment.

The second division could come down to a duel between Beautiful Beach and McMarkle Sparkle.

Beautiful Beach finished a close second to Looksgoodinaromper in the OHSS final and has earned $129,500 this season.

The We Will See lass is conditioned by Tyler George for Tom R. Lehmann. Ronnie Wrenn, Jr. will drive Beautiful Beach, who will leave from the coveted rail position.

McMarkle Sparkle has collected four wins in seven starts in 2019. Jim Arledge, Jr. trains the daughter of McArdle. Owned and bred by Laura L. and Paul R. Baker, McMarkle Sparkle will be piloted by Brett Miller.

A trio of amateur driving events will also be contested. The Tim Fouts Memorial Driving Championship will feature drivers from various driving clubs from across the United States. A pair of Billings Amateur trots will also go postward.

The Sunday card wagering menu features a $5,000 guaranteed pool Pick 4 (Races 10-13). First post time is 1:00 P.M.
