On Saturday, September 1 Georgian Downs will feature the first Xtreme Fan Night. In partnership with Standardbred Canada, Xtreme Fan Night will showcase innovative racing and a fun filled night of contests and entertainment for race fans.
Georgian Downs has carded an extraordinary night of races. The full condition sheet is available here. For horsepeople Xtreme Fan Night will represent a lucrative purse option for their trotters and pacers. Total purses will amount to $268,800. A $200 starter bonus will be in effect for September 1. The Xtreme Fan Night entry box closes next Wednesday at noon.
The out-of-the-ordinary Xtreme races won’t be the only entertainment on Saturday night. There will be a ton of attractions for children and adults – Children’s amusements, Trot 4 Kids activity centre, dancers, acrobats, entertainment, Joes vs. Pros handicapping, circus performers, deal-no-deal and money machine madness contests, miniature horse and mascot races, horseless sulky pulls and much more. A race fan will win a Polaris 500HO ATV and a lucky customer will get a chance to drive home in a new Ford Mustang Shelby GT500.
