Due to torrential rain, thunder and lightning, the live harness racing card scheduled for Friday evening, July 7 at Woodstock Raceway in New Brunswick has been cancelled.
After consultation by all parties, the tough decision was made to cancel the card for the safety of participants.
Horse Racing New Brunswick has reported that the stakes race purse money will be evenly distributed to the starters.
